        • Can't be destroyed.
          Reduces variable casting time by 5%, if base Str is 100 or higher, Atk + 75.

          If refine rate is 9 or higher, increases melee and long ranged physical damage by 15%, increases physical damage against all size enemies by 20%.
          If refine rate is 11 or higher, reduces delay after skill by 10%.

          When equipped with Illusion Chain Mail, Atk + 50, reduces delay after skill by 15%.
          If refine rate of each is 7 or higher, increases attack speed (reduces delay after attack by 15%).
          If the sum of refine rate is 18 or higher, increases physical damage against all race monsters by 20%.
          If the sum of refine rate is 22 or higher, Atk + 15%, reduces variable casting time by 10%.

    Illusion Enchant Tables Update

    All the Illusion Equipment has now an updated enchant table, the following tables are now the updated ones for their respective items.

    Resetting Enchants:

    The cost of resetting the illusion stones have been changed, the npc no longer asks for 10.000.000 Zeny:

    • Now you can reset the enchants by paying 1.000.000 Zeny
    • Now you can reset the enchants by paying  25271 Illusion Stone

       

    In addition to updating the existing enchanting tables, a new table has been added to all droppable Illusion Weapons:

    • When obtaining equipment through a monster, the equipment will be enchanted on drop.
      • Equipment dropped by normal monsters can have up to 3 enchants.
      • Equipment dropped by boss monsters can have up to 4 enchants.

    Some people tried to pinpoint the source of the dark energy that awoke the monstrosities that lurk in the purgatory, The influence of the adventurers on the Fortessa Dungeon has finally has taken a toll. Several crystal formations have been spotted around rune-midgard. 

    Introducing: Fortessa Zero

    Fortessa Zero is a new addition that comes to replace Fortessa Dungeon. To access to this new area you need to talk to the Crystal Box located at the centre of the city of Fortessa (@go 0) .

    Once you interact with the Crystal your job will be changed and you will be teleported to Fortessa Zero.

    Inside Fortessa Zero there will be special features that will be applied:

    • Interaction with people outside the crystal reality is impossible (besides from whispering)
    • The player will use a new inventory, all items that were on the inventory at the moment of touching the crystal will be "hidden" until the player leaves the crystal reality
    • Storage is inaccessible, the player gets access to a new storage (Storage 11)
    • Bank is inaccessible, the player gets access to a new bank
    • Its not possible to bring items from outside the crystal reality and you cant take an item from the crystal reality with you
    • You can only advance up to 2nd jobs, transcending and 3rd jobs are not supported yet
    • The rates are capped at x3, there is no way to change this
    • All Buffs at the moment of entering are stored, you cant bring any sort of buff from outside and you cant take any inside buff to outside of the crystal reality

    If you want to exit the crystal reality, you can talk to the crystal box located at the eden headquarters

    Equipment inside obtained through monsters, blacksmith and whitesmith crafting gets special enchants when the item is revealed or crafted.

    The bonuses gained from refinement are also changed inside the crystal reality:

    Each quest completed in the Adventurer Headquarters gives Merit, merit is used to upgrade your Adventurer Rank, the higher the rank. The more dailies you will unlock to get medals more quickly. You can get dailies from Rinne located at the adventurer headquarter.

    "(...) My obsession caused this great foulness, and it is shameful that I must rely upon you to set it right."

    The consequences of the interventions of adventurers from Rune midgard on Fortessa are starting to show up. The experiments conducted by the Dark Society are leaving wounds on the structure of the realm itself. The adventurers defeated the unholy spirits from Fortessa Dungeon but they woke a new power in form of a rift. A mercenary company was quickily dispatched to the scene to hold on the nightmarish creatures but the gate won't hold for long.

    Introducing: Purgatory

    A new difficulty has been added to the instance manager: [Purgatory] this difficulty can only be accessed through the [Purgatory Gate] located at (@go purgatory)

    The monsters under Purgatory difficulty will gain the following stats:

    • Randomly applies increased HP to all the monsters in the instance depending on the size of the party. Randomly between [(10m+15m)*PartyCount] and [(20m+30m)*PartyCount]
    • Increased RES/MRES to all monsters depending on the size of the party randomly between [(30+30)*PartyCount]  and [(100+50)*PartyCount]
      • 4 party members or less is a PartyCount of 1
      • 6 party members is a PartyCount of 2
      • 8 party members is a PartyCount of 3
      • 10 party members or more is a PartyCount of 4
    • You deal 90% less damage
    • Mobs are immune to max HP drains and movement impairing effects
    • Mobs have a passive 1% healing per second
    • Mobs CRIT shield has been increased

    Those who are brave enough to venture into the purgatory must be warned. The rules change when you step into otherworldly realms:

    • Tokens of Siegfrieds cannot be used
    • 16% of the damage taken is shared screenwide to all party members
    • You can't re-enter the instance
    • Your flee is converted into avoidance following the next formula: [(Flee/100)*2] + [(Perfect Dodge/10)*4]
      • Avoidance is a new form of flee that only exists within the purgatory. For each point of avoidance you have 1% chance of dodging an attack
    • Any form of magic immunity is disabled
    • Alts cannot enter the instance
    • Purgatory will not start if there is an offline player in your party
    • Purgatory also suffers from the Fortessa Skill Balance

    Not enough with our strength crippled. Our old foes learned from their past mistakes and are planning to attack us in our weakest moment, inside the purgatory random effects can happen each time a monster is killed:

    • There is a 15% of a Ruins monster to spawn.
      • The ruins monster is affected by the boosts of purgatory
      • When the monster is killed, every party member will gain 3~5 51006.png Moonlight Coins
    • The party will gain Power Ups as they kill more monsters, the duration of the buffs will increase
      • +50% MATK (Mystical Amplification)
      • +200% ATK
      • Your HP/SP will be drained 3% every second
    • There is a ?% possibility of one party member to be transformed into a Bomb or a Balloon
      • Bomb: The bomb will explode after a few seconds dealing 30% Max HP damage to everyone near it. This damage is Increased by 30% of the bomb Max HP damage for each party member near the bomb.
      • Balloon: The balloon will explode after a few seconds. The balloon deals 100% Max HP as damage. This damage is Decreased by 10% for each party member near the balloon.
    • There is a 15% chance that one of the following status effects will be applied to party members, each party member has a 50% chance of resisting the ailment.

      • On spawn they gain Cardinal Competentia buff
      • On spawn they gain  a Shield of 900,000,000 + (300m * partycount)
        • The shield will take damage instead of the MvP but the shield can still be affected by debuffs (i.e Comet, Dark Claw)

    Rewards

    Modifiers:

    During the purgatory run the next modifiers are applied:

    • All NPC rewards are boosted by 3
    • Drop rate is increased by 300%
    • EXP gain is increased by 100%
    • x2 amount of instance coins (1.2x for hard, 1.5x for nightmare, 1.8x for hell) 
    • Killing any monster on the run has the chance to drop
    • When MvPs are killed they drop a 25866Temporal Spell on death
    • Finishing a Purgatory gives you 1~2 25864Sealed Temporal Circlet (Nightmare Difficulty: 1%, Hell Difficulty 10%)

    Purgatory Coins

    When finishing an instance everyone inside will gain a  purga.png Purgatory Coin and a 28564Proof of Divinity

    The amount of coins you gain is depends on the instance you finished:

    • Old Glast Heim [N] - purga.png 5~6 Coins
    • Old Glast Heim [H]purga.png 8~10 Coins
    • Sarah's Memories purga.png 5~7 Coins
    • Bangungot Hospital purga.png 1~2 Coins

    Weekly Quest

    When completing two instances on purgatory instance, you can claim your weekly reward from Kyu. Located next to Demi. (/navi g_angelz 98;74)

    After talking to her, she will give you a  14154.png Random Costume Cache if you met the requirements. The weekly purgatory quest is reseted every Monday at 00:01 server time.
     

    Proof of Divinity

    With each purgatory run you will gain a 28564Proof of Divinity, to use the proof of divinity you can talk with the book located at the middle of the Purgatory room "noli me tangere"

    Once you place the Proof of Divinity you will open an instance to fight the "Guardian Angelthe difficulty and rewards will vary on the amount of proofs of divinity you place in the book.

    • Each party member needs to have the amount of proofs needed to open the instance
    • In case of a party wipe, the proofs are not consumed, they only get consumed when the Angel is killed
    • The drops will vary depending on the difficulty chosen
    • Tokens of Siegfried, re-entry and alts are disabled during the fight
    • Only 1 of each type of class can get into the Guardian Angel fight (with the exception of 2 ABs per party)

  6. Basically what this is about:

    Officially it was announced they will get their next class but until then they're stuck at lvl 200 max. Meaning they cannot be equal or even be alike compared to 4th classes.

    However, giving them the level expansion means their skills that use base level mod would use 250 aswell as secondary stats such as POW, SPL would make a difference.

    They'd be still not near 4th, but atleast they'd be playable.

        Your SP will automatically be fully recovered every x seconds.
        The map will clear every person AFK'ing for more than 3 minutes.

      • Defeat Krampus with everything you've got, Baby!
        His HP are based on the amount of players attacking him.

        Every 45 seconds Krampus will use a skill to teleport everyone to him.

        At the same time Krampus will cast a skill to turn 1 out of every 3 players into his minion.

        These Minions are mind controlled and will attack any nearby player. 

        During this time the player has no control over his own character this includes the following

      •  Cannot logout
      •  Cannot move
      •  Cannot write
      •  Cannot cast a skill
      •  Cannot use any commands
      •  Cannot use any items
         
      • This state can only be cancelled when you've been "killed" by other players.

        While there are minions alive, Krampus cannot be damaged. 
        Only once all minions have been defeated he can be damaged again.

        Note:
        Should you force your client to disconnect via ALT+F4 or any unnormal way you'll be excluded from the reward list.

        Note 2:
        The following reasons make you not receive a reward.
         
      • Logging out while being a Minion
      • Being too far away from the World Boss
      • Being offline
      • Not being on the same map as the World Boss
      • Being idle for more than 120 seconds
      • Using several clients to fight the boss

  14. As per vote poll requested the following time changes have been made for War of Emperium:

    Morning WoE: Adjusted to 07:00 - 08:00 AM server time
    Evening WoE: Adjusted to 06:00 - 07:00 PM server time

    Day changes:
    Friday - no change
    Saturday - WoE TE has been moved to Saturday
    Sunday - no WoE anymore.


    PS: Progress on the next patch is coming along great and will be 4th classes.

            You're turned into a Gunslinger and have to make your way through a Maze filled with Halloween Monsters...
            You only have a basic weapon and cannot equip anything inside this map nor change your class.
             
        • Rewards
          • Basic finishing without extra monsters kills = 1 Treasure Chest ( 10 Halloween Coins )
            Advanced finishing with half the monsters killed inside = 2 Treasure Chests ( 40 Halloween Coins total )
            Elite finishing with every monster killed inside = 3 Treasure Chests ( 90 Halloween Coins total )
          • Killing monsters inside the Halloween Maze grants Halloween Coins, the stronger the monster, the more coins.
