Some types of Costume Mouse Hats (for exmaple 20003) can't be traded. This hats really should be so unique?

There is Costume Filir Wing (19853) item, that couldn't be stored/droped/sell potentialy that could fullfill players inventory, so i hope you can change it to be at least sellable to NPC (or commonly tradeable in the best way)

There is no possibility to enchant 2nd and 3d slot for archangel wings. After progress bar completed nothing changed and even money doesn't consumed.

Not sure is it bug or not, but list of new Costume Drops says Desert Wolf should drop Costume Small Ribbons. This mob id is 1220 and its not spawn anywhere, probably id should be  1106 which correspond to usual Desert Wolf?
