The new maximum job level for 3rd classes is 65. Note: The advanced Looting System will still check for reaching 175. As the new 185 cap requires over 22,000,000,000 EXP more. The EXP tables for 1-175 have been updated to latest kRO changes Base EXP - [ New Table including up to 185 ~ ] What does this mean? The EXP requirement for 100-175 requires a total of 4,963,639,189 EXP. Previously this requirement was 6,540,564,000 EXP. A reduction of 1,576,924,811 EXP. [ This change was applied to all classes, not just 3rd classes. ] Skill Changes [ Based on 16th Anniversary Patch of kRO ] Rune Knight Enchant Blade Max skill level increased from 5 to 10, SP cost reduced Sonic Wave Max skill level increased from 5 to 10, Max 1000 % at level 5 changed to 1700% + damage based on base level on level 10, Hit-rate have been increased based on skill level, SP cost have been adjusted to have the same cost as level 5 prior had at level 10 Mechanic Power Swing Fixed: Autocasts Axe Boomerang only when a 1-hand or 2-hand axe is equipped, Max skill level increased from 5 to 10, Max 800% at level 5 changed to 1300% + damage based on base level on level 10, At level 6 and above the delay of the skill is halved Arm Cannon Max skill level increased from 3 to 5 Area of effect of the skill has been changed to increase based on level used instead of decreasing [ Level 1+2 = 3x3, Level 3 +4 = 5x5, Level 5 = 7x7 ] Cooldown based on skill level have been added [ Level 1: 0.15s.... Level 5: 0.65s ] Guillotine Cross Counter Slash Max skill level increased from 5 to 10 Max 800 % at level 5 changed to 1800% + damage based on base level on level 10. Formula changed to //ATK [{(Skill Level x 150) + 300} x Caster's Base Level / 120]% + ATK [(AGI x 2) + (Caster's Job Level x 4)]% No longer consumes the status effect of a successful combo block Weapon Blocking When blocking an attack grants a status change that allows the usage of Counter Slash for the duration of 10 seconds Warlock Freezing Spell [ Max skill level increased from 5 to 10 ] Tetra Vortex Max skill level increased from 5 to 10 Max 3000 % x 4 at level 5 changed to 4000% + damage based on base level on level 10. Starting at level 6 and above Tetra Vortex deals Area of Effect damage around the target Arch Bishop Renovatio Max skill level increased from 1 to 4 The duration and healing % have been adjusted based on skill level used Judex Max skill level increased from 5 to 10 Ranger Aimed Bolt Max skill level increased from 5 to 10 Fixed cast time has been increased to 1 second, variable cast time reduced by half Added 1 second cooldown The number of attacks no longer depends on the target being immobilized but only based on the targets size and chance SP cost have been changed to 40 on all levels Damage formula has been reduced Trap Research Max skill level increased from 5 to 10 Royal Guard Genesis Ray Max skill level increased from 5 to 10 Damage has been changed from Holy ( Physical + Magical damage parts ) into purely holy magic damage Cooldown and delay have been reduced SP cost have been adjusted on all levels The requirement for banding has been removed. The damage increase based on banding party members have been removed. Shield Press Max skill level increased from 5 to 10 The skill no longer have a chance to inflict STUN Damage formula have been improved Damage has been split into 5 hits Genetic Spore Explosion Max skill level increased from 5 to 10 Spores will explode after 2 seconds on all levels Effective range of the Area of Effect have been increased based on the level used up to 11x11 Damage formula have been improved Nearby damage has been increased from 75% to 100% Cart Tornado Max skill level increased from 5 to 10 Skill delay has been increased by 1 second Skill cooldown is fixed at 2 seconds Knockback effect have been removed Damage formula have been improved Damage is now displayed in 3 hits Shadow Chaser Fatal Menace Max skill level increased from 5 to 10 Teleport effect have been removed While a dagger is equipped the skill will deal 2 hits At level 7 or above increases HIT rather than decreasing Area of Effect has been increased... Max 5x5 at level 10 Feint Bomb Max skill level increased from 5 to 10 Travel distance has been increased Sorcerer Varetyr Spear Max skill level increased from 5 to 10 Area of Effect has been increased up to 9x9 Damage is now displayed in 3 hits Damage type has been adjusted ( Physical part has been removed ) and is now only considered Wind Magical Damage SP cost has been increased Spell Fist Max skill level increased from 5 to 10 Max hitcount has been increased up to 30 at level 10 Duration has been adjusted based on level used Sura Knuckle Arrow Max skill level increased from 5 to 10 At level 6 or above the Spirit Sphere cost is removed Fallen Empire Max skill level increased from 5 to 10 At level 6 or above the Spirit Sphere cost is reduced to 1 Damage formula has been improved SP cost have been reduced Minstrel & Wanderer Severe Rainstorm Can be used while having a Whip or Music Instrument equipped When using a Music Instrument or Whip the damage formula is higher than with a Bow Metallic Sound Max skill level increased from 5 to 10 Damage display have been changed into 2 hits SP reduction effect has been removed Status Changes The list of which status effects are removed by Class Mastery, Relog, Stat & Skill Reset have been updated drastically. What does this exactly do? Items that grant certain buff food effects will stack their timer. Does this work for skills too? It does not, purposely though. Other changes Increased the droprate of all materials inside the 3 new illusion dungeons by 15 times. War of Emperium time have been changed to 12PM. NPC Item Restore Manager Fixed a bug that caused items with randomoption enchants not to properly give the enchant back Command(s) @sellall Added Moonlight Coin, Moon Coin, Lucky 3, Sealed Soul to the protective list of ignorable items. Added support for the list of unsellable items to be supported and no longer be forcefully sold.
