    I was trying to cancel the cooldown which is 3 sec by using Sea captain hat (-1sec cooldown) and Dexterity Complement Device + Strength Supplement Equipment (-2sec cooldown) so both should get me -3sec cooldown which means boomerang should be spamble, but sill it has an almost 0.5sec cooldown. So is there a miss calculation with the skill or what?
